Enhance your YouTube experience with the Rewind & Fast Forward Chrome extension. This tool adds dedicated buttons to rewinding and fast forwarding the video.
Features:
1. Customizable Time Skips:
Choose the number of seconds you skip with each button individually.
2. Arrow Key Override:
Decide whether to synchronize arrow keys with the extension buttons' seconds. (Default: No override)
3. Media Key Integration:
Optimize control by mapping the keyboard media keys to mirror the extension buttons' behavior.
How to Access the Options Page:
1. If you've pinned the extension, click the extension icon and select "Options".
2. If you haven't pinned it, click the Chrome extension icon, then click the three dots near the "YouTube Rewind & Fast Forward Buttons" extension, and select "Options."

- (2023-11-04) Colin Kurtz: Works great, when it works... which is about 1/3 of the time. I'll open one link and it has the buttons. Open a couple more, no buttons. Open the 4th, and it has the buttons. Completely random as to whether it will work or not. Reloading the page and/or disabling the extension has no effect. Would be 5 stars if it worked more consistently.

- (2022-04-30) dungbeetle: A great app, thank you. Only one problem - the arrows don't always appear on the video controls at the bottom of the video when a new video is opened. I have to go to Options, 'Save and Close' and then return to the video and refresh it to make the arrows appear. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks

- (2021-11-05) aces high: This extension is simple and easy, and does exactly what it says. I just installed it a few hours ago and I now can't live without it. Two small things that would make it perfect are 1) the arrows are a little big, should be reduced in size a wee bit, and 2) there are two arrows right next to each other, both forward and back. There needs to be only one arrow for forward, one for back. Otherwise Bravo! And thank you.
- (2021-09-09) ShorofThor: THANK YOU! Works Great! It adds the buttons right on the screen next to the others. (FYI - The Options Menu to change the forward/backward time in seconds is located in your extensions list. Three dots...) Remember to refresh if the buttons don't immediately show up.
