Smart TOC & Scroll 是一款轻量、非打扰的网页目录与回到顶部扩展。它会自动识别页面主要内容并生成目录树，支持当前位置高亮、平滑滚动、主题自适配与性能监控。
新版新增选项页，可自由配置展开方式、显示条件、位置及站点禁用规则，同时还能智能避开页面已有 TOC/回到顶部控件，避免重复或干扰。

Smart TOC & Scroll is a lightweight, non‑intrusive Table of Contents and back‑to‑top extension. It automatically detects the main content, builds a structured outline with active‑section highlighting, smooth scrolling, adaptive theming, and optional performance stats.
The latest version adds an options page for customization, and smartly avoids pages that already provide their own TOC or back‑to‑top controls to reduce clutter.
