TMS编辑器是一个mini版本的楼层APP平台。使用者可以用该工具在无须懂代码的情况下搭建淘宝活动页（landingpage）。操作步骤简单为："选择模块" -> "加入收藏夹" -> "添加/编辑楼层" -> "发布" (剩下是TMS楼层内容填写)；
本工具适合在"前端工程师"资源稀缺的业务线，适合没有前端，只有视觉的外包（TP）。
