This extension will switch out some commonly used words in recipes in the USA - i.e. cilantro ('coriander' in the UK).
Might be useful for some people - especially if you weren't aware of some of the alternates and spend time wondering if you have arugula in your cupboard! (it's 'rocket' salad..)
