• (2023-10-17) Adrian Augustus: Great when it tracks. So far out of five purchases it tracked one. The pop up is at times helpful, when visiting sites I had no idea there would be cashback. Other times annoying when you've already started tracking and it pop ups - pretty sure I have all cookies enabled so it should be able to track site visits. Most annoying is so far 1 out of 5 purchases tracked, I've had to raise claims for the rest. In these scenarios I notice the ttacking page stays in an infinite loop and I have to refresh it to the retailers site, might not be the fault of the extension per se.
• (2023-10-14) Jim Allan: The notification box that pops up in the top right of the browser is far too large, and gets in the way of browsing.
• (2023-09-13) No Name: It's same for me. I don't seem to get any cashback registered via the extension and I have raised this multiple times now. The customer services says that they don't have it on their side thus retailer has done hard decline on the claim. Total wast of the time !!

• (2023-07-29) Jamie Knight: This plugin has started modifying websites and messing with the font sizes. I'm not sure why it needs to do that when it's just checking for cashback, so as far as I'm concerned this is now a security risk and I'm uninstalling it.

• (2023-07-27) Baris Mancar: It started adding "p {font-size: 12px;}" to the website body which makes the font size of a website look very small. Will keep disabled until it is fixed.

But suddenly stopped working oneday - uninstalled and reinstalled, messed around with settings and still doesn't work. have to physically go through the website to get cashback. The cashback bit works just the browser extension doesn't. really annoying

I've had to lodge manual claims for my last several purchases. I won't bother using the extension again as it clearly no longer works. And yes, I know about cookies, cache, settings etc. It has just stopped working.

• (2022-10-12) Charlotte Lee: It's pretty frustrating, on the plus side it's helpful that it automatically tells you that cashback can be claimed but as others have said it continually pops up while you're navigating the website and making a purchase. So it's difficult to tell if your claim ha been processed. As this seems to be a common issue it would be helpful if someone from Topcashback would respond to the issues raised

• (2022-06-19) Doug Bryson: Somewhat temperamental. Works sometimes, not others. Always best to check by clicking on the extension before making a purchase.
• (2022-06-17) Paul Rattray: It says it's active, but it doesn't track some purchases. Then it's making a claim time, and that is painfully slow, and often declined with no reason given. Honestly not worth my time making most claims. I'll stick with the website since it seems to not track less frequently.

Stupid notification popping up EVERY time you visit a website and stays obscuring a website's menu and doesn't auto-dismiss. You have to click a tiny 'x' in the corner. Actually listen to your users and make it more accessible and easy to live with and you'll get higher ratings!

• (2022-04-13) Ross baylis: Used to work but now does not work. Even when clicking on it and it says cash back is activated, the cash back does not track and it also hasn't recorded the purchase so TCB decline the transaction! Waste of time!
• (2022-04-01) Suzanne Bosworth: Very hit and miss. I'm pretty computer literate and haven't navigated away from sites offering a TopCashback deal while selecting and then paying, but I've missed out on a few cashbacks now because for some reason they don't register. It would be very helpful if the site acknowledged the cashback claim has been applied as soon as the payment is concluded, even if it doesn't appear straight away on the dashboard. That would make it seem less hit and miss, particularly as I do a lot of online shopping and won't remember every single transaction.

And seems to me the cash back should be Automatic activated instead of asking me to click on it (I can't think of why someone don't want the cashback if it is available).

• (2022-03-10) H James: I think the extension is a great idea, but it doesn't always work. I find I have to renew the cashback option before I check out sometimes. It is remembering to do this. But at least this way I don't have to go to the website each time to check if cashback is available for that outlet. I definitely didn't always remember to do that. So a good idea overall.

• (2022-01-23) Janak Rajani: Once signed in to topcashback, I can the see the discount available on the Chrome TopCashback extension icon - it seems to work well and has saved me loads (as I would often forget to select TopCashback for purchases in the past - would miss out getting cashback on these). This is much better with a browser extension like this!

I have two large purchases from an Electrical retailer that have not been picked up, yet I had the banner showing in the top right of the browsers, Topcashback, before I made the purchase.

• (2021-11-26) Lynne Jefferson: Good - so far! I only started using this site a weeks or so ago and it works OK for me. The op-up comes up for most things - Ebay and Groupon for me. Although it says I have money earned, I'm not sure when it actually gets there for me to use/spend so I will wait and see how long that takes ! All good for now though and I try to click on it for every new site - just in case , until I get the hang of it !!
