Sherlock Holmes is a brilliant fictional detective shaped by the British detective novelist Arthur Conan Doyle at the end of the 19th century. Holmes claimed to be a criminal investigation counselor, which means that when other police detectives or private detectives encounter difficulties, they often ask for help. Holmes can often solve many difficult problems without leaving home, but most of the stories focus on some of the more difficult cases that Holmes went out to investigate.
