Maximize HTML5/Flash video and fill current tab.
Usage:
1. Click on toolbar button
2. Select video that you want to maximize (you can click toolbar button again to cancel)
NOTE !!!!!!
1. This extension only maximize video, it can't remove web advertisements for you.
If you need remove web advertisements, you can install other extension to do that.
2. No promise to support EVERY video site. If it can't work on specific web site, report to me:

This is a simple but truly useful addon, plenty of video sites I use this for and it works flawlessly. Thank you to the developer for creating and maintaining it over the years. Originally used it on Firefox ages ago and thought it wasn't available for Chrome. Only recently found it since it didn't show up in search when searching for "maximizing video to tab". Only found it after Googling the exact name.

Works perfectly For the ones like @Matt Fiskarna that would like it better if it put black bars around videos that don't match the window's aspect ratio you should do a right click then "options" and at the very bottom of the pop-up, you have "keep youtube bar". While selected (and refresh your Youtube page) you then have the perfect bar ;)
Love it. I like to watch local news on zeam.com and this extension allows it to fill the screen within the browser.
Works great, but I'd like it better if it put black bars around videos that don't match the window's aspect ratio. Trying to watch a wide-screen video with blinding white bars on the top and bottom ruins this extension for me.
This is the best one. If it doesnt work, Use CCleaner to delete ur cache and check ur registry for errors, fix any registry errors and try again it should work.
Does exactly what I need it to do. I just wanted a way to make a video fill the screen of the current tab and not go full screen and it works perfectly.

In my part of the world, the options to watch live tennis is very limited and I resorted to a betting website to watch tennis livestreams. I do make occasional bets so as not to be a complete freeloader. The video player at the betting website is tiny and this Chrome extension has allowed me to watch the matches in fullscreen. This is actually one of the bests add-ons I've ever used. Basically fixes every unusable/broken videoplayer and even allows me to speed up some livestreams to reduce the delay (I put at 2x speed and when it lags I normalize). When I use a fresh PC, this is the first extension I install.

メンテナンスされているので、比較的安定している。ただしホットキーはない。
要是网页全屏的时候更顺滑点就好了，可以记录下每个网站的数据，这样就不用每次都出现红色块了

È lei l'estensione che volevo. Fa quello che dice. Ingrandisce, fullscreen, il player dove non è possibile fare full screen. Con html5....è molto bello, ruota il dispositivo mobile quando clicco nuovamente su fullscreen di quest'ultimo. La funzione è identica a quella del pc, Video in una finestra separata, non presente su android mobile. Grazie per averla creata. Grazie.
