It opens the website, goes to the page, but it never clicks on the vote button, no matter how long i leave the tab open for. It also reopens the tab every time i close the tab, is there some way i could disable that feature?

Now how do I change the TIME it goes... it always goes 10 after the hour... I want it to go no later than 3 mins after the hour.
