How to Use?
1. (1st time only) Create personal access token. Check repo scope option for the permission.
2. (1st time only) Right click arxiv2issue icon and set your github name, repository name for the post, and personal access token.
3. Go to arbitrary arXiv paper page.
4. Click your arxiv2issue icon.
