Description from extension meta

Adds public transport commute times to Rightmove listings from the property to your work place

Image from store Commuter Homes London
Description from store Easily find out how long it would take to commute to work whilst browsing Rightmove. *Whats New in v2.2* - Fixed bug causing 'No routes found' 1) Install 2) Navigate to rightmove.co.uk 3) Search for your desired property (rent or buy) You will notice an additional option in the left hand menu titled 'Commute postcode' 4) Add the postcode of your place(s) of work 5) Wait a moment for the magic to happen :) You should now see the travel time and transport methods for each property listed. To find more detail on a particular journey you can hover your mouse over one of the icons to get a description of that step. You can also click a route to see all available journeys on TFL's site. The journey information will also be listed on each property listing underneath the 'nearest stations' details. Please note that this extension is in no way associated with Rightmove or TFL.

It's such a chore to have to check each post code for the nearest train station and work out from external sites what the best route is...now it's all in one and you can see instantly . Highly recommended! Many thanks to the developer!

  • (2017-04-16, v:2.2) Rob Sclater: why does this extension ask for access to all websites I visit?
Most rightmove-related extensions ask only for permission to rightmove.co.uk (and related sites). I'm guessing it's just an oversight (rather than some nefarious plan to read everyone's email or whatever), but I'm holding off installing this extension until the permissions are fixed
  • (2015-11-29, v:2.1) Harry Fulton: No routes available
The chrome extension has stopped working for me. All the properties I look at now have 'no routes available' - when previously they all had routes and times?

  • (2015-07-08, v:2.1) Jack Finnegan: Fewest changes
Is it possible to calculate the route by 'fewest changes'? This is a setting on TFL. Thanks for the plugin!
  • (2015-07-08, v:2.1) Jack Finnegan: Modes of transport
It looks like sometimes the icons represent alternative modes of transport and sometimes they mean sequential. Is there any way to determine the difference at a glance? I only want properties with one mode of transport, so I don't need to change buses or tubes for example.
