Easily create a different email for each website to hide your real email. Protect your inbox against spams, phishing, data breaches

Image from store SimpleLogin:Receive & Send emails anonymously
Description from store Use email ALIAS instead of your real email address to: - defend your mailbox from spams, phishing and data breaches. - protect your privacy from cross-site tracking. 1- Next time a website asks for your email address, give an alias instead of your real email. 2- All emails sent to an alias is *forwarded* to your personal email address. 3- Just hit "Reply" if you want to reply to a forwarded email: the reply is sent from your alias and your real email stays hidden. You can also easily send emails from your alias. SimpleLogin is an *open-source* email alias solution that allows you to quickly create an email alias. Use an email alias when: - subscribing to a newsletter - signing up for a new account - giving your email to someone you don't trust. Later on you can simply block an email alias if it's too spammy. ## Why SimpleLogin? When you give away your personal email online, there is a good chance that your email address would end up with a spammer or leaked during a breach. You could check whether your email is leaked using website like https://haveibeenpwned.com SimpleLogin could also help manage your business emails. If you own a domain and don't want to pay a full solution like GSuite, you could add the domain into SimpleLogin and create emails like [email protected], [email protected] with aliases. All our business emails (the @simplelogin.io) are actually aliases. ## What distinguishes SimpleLogin - Generous free plan: there's no cap on bandwidth or number of replies/sends. The Free Plan is enough for protecting your personal email. Premium Plan targets at more "advanced" users with features like custom domain, unlimited alias, PGP, directories, etc. - Fully open source: both SimpleLogin server and client code (browser extension, JS library) are open source so anyone can freely inspect and (hopefully) improve the code. You would not trust a blackbox to handle your emails, do you? - No ads, no tracker. - The only email forwarding solution that can be self hosted, i.e. you can run SimpleLogin on your server. - Not just email alias: we are working on providing a similar technology for phone number and credit cards. Stay tuned! - Easily export your data: allows you to change the service provider if someday you decide to leave SimpleLogin.

  • (2023-01-14) Tyler McCann: Proven to be easy to use (after a little practice) and helps keep my inbox clear of junk. There were a few times in the beginning that it didn't do quite what I expected it to do, but a couple more seconds of looking at it made sense. I haven't had any issue with email forwarding.

  • (2022-10-27) Samuel Judd: Very easy to use! Not a bad price for premium. Switched over from Blur (which I barely used) because they randomly stopped sending me emails. I have a custom domain hooked up and have had no problem! Works perfectly with Gmail and Proton (obviously).
  • (2022-10-18) Carl: Makes it so easy to clean up email from companies that love to spam.
  • (2022-10-16) Spriggsy Spriggs: Definitely one of the top 3 extensions I've ever used. It feels nice to have control over my email. No more selling my personal information, Brand(s).
  • (2022-05-26) Ilkin Ibrahimov: Very useful extension!!!
  • (2022-05-21) Average Internet Enjoyer: Fantastic service. Features I like the most: 1. Being able to use an alias to send the same email to multiple recipients. 2. Being able to easily change the recipient of the aliases. 3. The subdomains put in the hands of the most inexperienced the possibility of taking alias generation to the next level. 4. Affordable payment plan. The extension (for both Chrome and Firefox) works great. Thanks for your work!
  • (2022-05-03) Arpad Orfi: Not reliable. Does not work in every case. Would you rely on a service that fails right at the first tests? If no, then skip this shame. I’ve run some email sending tests right after registration, and several of my emails sent to some of my aliases have not been forwarded to my real email address. The service looks clever and polished – but in practice, it is not reliable. I thought that I’ve found a gem; in the end, this was a huge disappointment. Obviously I will opt for another service, maybe AnonAddy – or anything else, but not this. SimpleLogin has failed miserably for me. Furthermore, there was no reply to my support request.
  • (2022-04-27) uga: Great works on all the services I use it for! Quick to setup and free! 10/10 Would recommend!!!

  • (2021-10-27) Hasar Ali: Must have for privacy. Awesome app.
  • (2021-09-28) Dee Jay: Super convenient and a great way to prevent spam from lists your email was sold to, allowing MUCH more control and usability of your email experience overall. Also points for fantastic FOSS. It's no surprise it took Apple very little time to consider this worthy of copycatting into their own ecosystem.
  • (2021-09-25) Awesome! Saves time since I don't need to open the SimpleLogin website.
  • (2021-09-17) Xenon: I Personally Use This At https://discord.com/register To Make Tokens To Raid Servers kekw
  • (2021-08-30) A A: I've been using SimpleLogin since I learned about the service. I've never had any issues with the extension.
  • (2021-07-29) V Keerthi Vikram: This has to be one of the best burner mail extensions I have ever tried. Believe me I tried quite a lot of them 😅. The closest that comes in smoothness wise is paced email. But Simple Login is ahead of them with regards to privacy. Even Burner mail (a highly rated burner mail extension) is not as good as SimpleLogin. It in just a couple of months has become an integral part of my workflow TBH.
  • (2021-06-25) JB: Very useful to abstract your mail id from any service you're using. This combined with Bitwarden is a nice privacy-centric, secure and an open-source solution to all your sign-up needs

  • (2021-03-22) williamandresr: After trying several similar services, I have chosen this one for its good value for money. The Chrome app works great. I only miss the ability to export a little more detailed statistics of each alias created.

  • (2020-03-06) good
  • (2019-12-07) Laurent Laval: Simple and reliable, never have a problem with receiving and sending emails (their alias allows sending emails too). Pro tip: whitelist their domain to avoid outlook putting the forwarded emails into Spam, they have a help link in their mail I think.
  • (2019-12-06) Giuseppe Federico: This is so useful! I can finally protect my privacy by not giving my personal email address to not trusted website with this extension! Works perfectly :) :)
