Description from store With the 3CX extension you can manage your office calls directly from your browser. No matter which window or tab you’re working on, the extension will notify you of an incoming call. Should you need to transfer a call you can check the status of your colleagues before transferring the call to them. Additionally, the extension works flawlessly with your CRM. Incoming caller IDs are matched against the database and call history is also logged. Important read: This extension is only for use with 3CX V16 and is not a standalone extension.

I changed two different audio speakers and cameras. did everything possible to fix it as per 3cx windows app guidelines . I stll cant work from home using my office desk phone just bcasue i wanted to use this.

Can you please advise what we can do to make it work? Update: The android phone app and the windows app on PC, work perfectly fine. When dialing out, specifically on the Chrome extension on Mac and PC,it rings once and then it is stone silent. I have called my home phone from the 3CX Chrome extension, again it rings once from 3CX then silent. But the my home phone (the recipient) keeps ringing which tells me the call is connected. My question is why is it only ringing once on the 3CX Chrome extension and then going silent? Presumably this is not to do with the PBX Set up?

The sound quality however is an issue, at least compared to other clients, and I can't seem to find any settings relative to this specific client. Same sound quality as other apps (e.g. desktop client) will == 5 stars :)

We also noticed that when you are marked as do not disturb and you switch to available you are not able to answer the call.     We have a Ring Group setup here at the office, I use my Chrome Extension mostly at the moment as I'm working remotely. I've noticed that, for whatever reason, if a secondary call does come in if I'm on the line currently the tone I'm hearing is really loud? Is there a way to disable that outside of toggling off "Accept Multiple Calls"?

    I find the click-to-call feature to be very aggressive, converting things it should not. Worse than that, it ignores the fact that some of these have a javascript onclick event handler already and are thus clickable despite not being hyperlinked. For instance, it converts the waybill numbers on courier sites replacing the existing link with a useless click-to-call link and it changes ticket numbers in our ticketing system to click-to-call links making it very difficult to interact with the ticketing system. I know that I can exclude particular sites with the Exceptions setting. However, that is a very blunt instrument because it's all-or-nothing on a given page. That's not so useful in a ticketing system, where I'd really like it to handle actual phone numbers (which are tel: hyperlinks) but I want it to leave the ticket numbers on the same page alone. It would be useful if this had more options to control the way matching worked - at the very least, to switch to a more conservative matching strategy than it's current "everything with 7 or more digits".
