It is so annoying and distracting. Today, there are many AI services available - did you know that? It would be appreciated if you would refrain from acting as though your extension must be the center of attention.

• (2023-10-31) Maoz Yosifon: I've been using Wordtune to improve my writing, but I've consistently encountered an issue where it doesn't work on certain websites, displaying content.js:2 *** domainBlacklisted *** in the console. There's no information provided within the extension or its support materials about this error or how to resolve it, leaving users confused and frustrated. The lack of transparency and user control over which domains are blacklisted detracts from the user experience. I believe Wordtune has potential, but addressing these issues and improving communication around domain blacklisting is crucial. A prompt response from the Wordtune team and a solution to this issue would be highly appreciated.

• (2023-09-30) Candace Baer: I love Wordtune and use it all the time. However, I've started having issues with the extension in google docs. When I click on the W, it asks me to log in, then when I do click log in button it takes me through the whole demo and repeats this process all over again. I was able to resolve this issue in the past by uninstalling/reinstalling it, but that isn't working anymore. I can always go through their website, but it's more convenient and time sufficient to do it straight from docs.

In its latest update, the icon has become oversized, overlapping with other extensions in gmail reply widndow. I am confronted with a straightforward decision: either remove this extension or forgo the other two extensions I require, which are obstructed by this prominently sized and user-unfriendly icon. In conclusion, if you rely on other extensions daily within your Gmail, it's advisable not to consider using this particular one.
• (2023-09-19) ritika chaudhar: Wordtune can rewrite one sentence or paragraph at a time. QuillBot Paraphrasing Tool allows paraphrasing entire text at once, something Wordtune can not do. Winner: QuillBot because of its advanced features. QuillBot Editor has many Modes in Paraphraser: Rewrite, Rephrase, Fluency, Formal, Academic, Simple, Creative, Expand, Shorten, Custome mode. While Wordtune has modes only Rewrite, Formal, Shorten, Expand. Wordune has not Academic mode, creative mode, and custom mode in its Editor. QuillBot Editor has synonyms Slider to change more (or less) of your Writing, While wordtune Editor has not this type of slider. QuillBot: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wordtune: ⭐ Wordtune is very expensive and has not advanced features. While QuillBot Editor is easy, user-friendly and has many advanced features. QuillBot is the best paraphrasing tool. I recommend QuillBot to everyone.

I tried to communicate with support team through chat and emails no response till now! I noticed in my account there are new documents always created (NOT MINE) I don't know what's wrong. I want the support team to share with me the audit trail/access activity to the account or add more security requirements. why we cannot have feature where we can signout from all devices! or have two-factor authentication.

• (2023-08-17) Nora Ye: Okay, this editing tool can be helpful in some ways. I tried the 'expand' option and it didn't really work, but at least gave me some inspo. The text was not very relevant to my subject. However, I do find this tool very helpful for debate and speeches, because it provides some helpful quotes, counterarguments, and others. I think this really is helpful. Unfprtunately I only gave this 3 stars because the fact that we only get 10 rewrites a day is so annoying!!!!!!!!!!! Overall, great extension but please at least make it 12 rewrites. Some people really need it :)

I still need my compensation for the 6 months I paid for and didn't use the service.

But now you only have 10 rewrites, and it really doesn't do much, sometimes i won't even do something and it would count as a rewrite, it is really ridiculous and it just became money hungry, even when I log in it only gives you 10. I really liked it before it got consumed by greed, don't even install it, it will just waste your time.

• (2023-04-26) A. Freitas: I have been a paid subscriber of this extention for two years now. However, on my second year I was automatic charged, and when I attempted to cancel my subscription on the same day as being charged, I faced issues with their support. Their response was delayed, and when they did respond, they informed me that no refunds were possible as it had been a couple of days since the charge. This left a bitter taste, but I decided to let it go. Then I had a second problem. Initially, I had no issues with the functionality of the extension itself, through my first year and most of my second year. However, recently I started facing issues and had to uninstall and reinstall the app every other day. When I contacted support, their responses took 2-3 days, and if I didn't reply quickly, they closed my case. I had to start all over again with a bot. After several days of back and forth with support, I was asked to replicate the issue and send videos. Despite doing so, their response was to reinstall the extension, even though I had already been doing that for weeks. In the meantime, I had to take a week off for a trip, and my case was closed. This is absolutely ridiculous. Look at all the customer with the same issue, this app need to be ban from google extension. Just don't waste your time !!
