UPDATE 1.0.2: Now handles Youtube's new sentiment bar, where dislikes are already hidden automatically.

This extension gives users the option to hide the number of "likes" on a video and/or the entire sentiment bar on Youtube. Feel free to continue rating videos without worrying what other people think of it, or turn off that feature completely if you want to watch and enjoy videos without any pressure!

NOTE: You will need to restart your browser for the changes to take effect! If you have any other trouble with this extension, please leave a comment in the support page and I will get to you as soon as I can. Thanks!

no no 2021-12-04: Works like a charm. After Youtube removed dislikes, there is no purpose for displaying likes/dislikes information and no reason to vote on them, so its useful extension now.

J T 2021-08-17: I don't personally think I feel any pressure to vote a certain way, because of the like/dislike ratio, or it changes my perception of a video, but it can be distracting to see people arbitrarily rating videos in what oftentimes seems to be the result of sociopolitical bias, mob mentality, echo chambers, or just plain misunderstanding of content. I'm also not a fan of the general concept of "likes" (and dislikes if included), as I personally feel it's had more of a negative impact on our society, than positive. Thanks dev!

Your extension fixes this problem. Thanks for making this extension! Edit: The extension stopped working as of 21.10.2020. Enabling and disabling, Clicking "hide numbers and bar" did nothing. Resetting Google Chrome did nothing. Enabling the "hide numbers and bar" after resetting Chrome also did nothing. The extension just stopped working. Edit: Jeez... the moment I write that it stopped working, it start working again. Without resetting chrome. Do you know what was going on for like 5 minutes?
