• (2023-05-12) Ddrt: Works. To ensure it works you should close chrome and re-open, or open dev tools and remove the cookie named PREF. Then you should right click the refresh button and select "clear cache and hard reset" Then it'll work immediately. Otherwise it will take some refreshing and using for it to change quickly.

• (2023-04-25) Roman Hill: It works for the most part. You probably won't have any troubles if you select best available quality. There is a problem when you select 1080p though. Sometimes if a video does not have 1080p, then the extension will not automatically set the quality to the next best thing. Instead it will just open the quality menu of the video.

  YouTube set 1080p Premium as the best quality option so whenever the extension selects best quality a popup appears that prompts you to buy Premium. Can be fixed by setting preferred quality to HD - 1080p.
