Extension settings are locked behind an account signup wall. Basic blocking features are locked behind a paywall.

Every time I've paid nothing will happen. NOTHING WILL UPDATE OR ANYTHING with the services I should be getting. Aka blocking more websites, allowing me to block words or phrases that trigger into relapses. When I try to sign out to sign back in, you mention that I have to pay $60 just for that. This is ridiculous and a scam! Don't bother with this extension.

If the issue is resolved, I will edit this review. 4/30/25 - This issue was resolved after: (a) the publishing of this review, (b) emails sent to their [email protected] with no response, and (c) a 2.5-day "investigation" that was conducted following the reception of my support ticket... the support team stated that a "detailed investigation" was required, which doesn't make any sense for a refund request within an hour of purchasing when there is a 3-day money back guarantee. They make a good product but I'd suggest not purchasing their premium package. I see that they've responded to this review, I'm glad they read customer feedback. It's disappointing that I had to leave a harsh review in order for them to fulfill their promise. Original review: When first opening an account, this company pressures you into buying their premium subscription by offering a "discount" with a timer on it. There is a 3-day money-back guarantee advertised, so I felt comfortable making the purchase and then reviewing the product to see if I needed the premium version. I do not. Within an hour of purchasing, I requested a refund. A person responded with a request for a reason, as if that's required to fulfill their money-back guarantee. I gave them a reason. It has been two days. The 3-day money-back guarantee will expire soon. Aside from the support ticket requesting a refund, I've sent two emails to their support email address ([email protected]) with no response. I encourage anyone reading this review to find an alternative service. And, since the developer is responding to some reviews, my support ticket is #27187. If this issue is fixed, I will edit this review.

I would love it if they add support for other browsers and and add something that removes adult content from reddit instead of completely blocking it.
