I have successfully installed Freshinbox and it seems to be promising. But where can I find some documentation for a freshinbox? The information on the site (in Features) (https://www.freshworks.com/shared-inbox/features/) is not enough for me. There is also no documentation in Gmail itself where Freshinbox is installed.
