• (2021-03-12) Dragonrider Overlander: Really like the extension especially in comparison to other options out there. There seems to be a slight issue where you have to be registered friends in order to pause and play with host only control, but other than that it runs really smoothly. The time budget seems a little low for the free version, especially given how long many of Disney's movies can be. Still a huge fan personally and I appreciate that you did this all by yourself, it's quite impressive. Overall very pleased.

• (2021-01-27) Weeja Nusrat: It was a bit complicated to figure out at first, and it had a few loading issues (but I believe those were wifi issues), but overall it's very easy to use to watch things on Disney Plus with friends over quarantine or if you can't see your friend. We're using it to watch Wandavision and it's been working amazing! The cost for having unlimited streaming time is cheap, and it also resets after a certain amount of time as well.

From time to time the syncing of the movies (normally when a person is joining) has it's delay's and lags behind when syncing. The only reason I'm giving it four stars and not five is because the chat in the movie doesn't seem to work (but we can chat on the extension, so that's pretty much fine) but the main thing is that I'll be hosting the movie, but my friend is the one who can pause and play the movie, not me. Not mad or anything, just curious why that is? Anyways, thanks for creating this!!!

• (2020-10-07) Alana Spence: was really excited to try this out with a friend who lives away from me who is also having to self isolate, it worked well for around the first 20 minutes but then caused the other member of my party to disconnect, while everything appeared fine on her end, so our chat function was pointless and it was no longer synced up, leaving us to just watch a movie at the same time while using a different networking site to communicate which made the extension a little pointless sadly! It has some real potential to work really well and I would pay the extra money once I know it worked, however now I've used around 3/4 of my free party watch time this week while simple watching a film on disney+ and not receiving the benefits :( I wish you luck on getting it working properly though, has soooo much potential!!

Therefore its sad that this doesnt really exist anymore bc Groupwatch from Disney themselves doesnt work in my country which was very annoying to watch movies with my girlfriend... • (2020-09-25) Greg Ellison: It's a solid app. I will say you need to have some patience, it can be buggy at times, but when it works well it works really well. I prefer the chat style as well to the Netflix Party app, the transparency option is great and the emoji keyboard is comprehensive. But again, I would have given it a 5 star except for the bugs. The glitches are not a deal breaker though because when the app works well it works very well.

• (2020-09-22) emma scalfano: I live in Texas but my sister goes to school in Indiana so we absolutely love that this extension has allowed us to watch shows and movies on Disney+ together. Now we schedule fam movie nights together on the weekends and we can have everyone join in. It's really nice to have the feature where you can pause it on the other person's device as well as your own and the shows/movies always stay in sync (across the devices). I'm so grateful to the person who created this extension for bringing me closer to my sister, it honestly makes it feel like we're watching in the same room, even though we are states apart :)
• (2020-09-22) Mr. Leoplurodon: It does what it claims, it takes a second to set up but I can't think of any worthwhile technology that doesn't. The link sharing makes it really easy to get a party going and that chat feature works well. Syncing the video was a problem but for a FREE non- native application it's easy to just start the movie from the beginning.

I have been using Netflix Party for a while now and while it works great, it is a bit of a hassle sending the link especially since discord has been down on my girlfriends computer. Yes there are quite a few bugs, I understand that this product is rather new and is still being worked on so that three star rating will probably become a four as soon as some of the more page-breaking issues are fixed. Other than that I would like to say that the interface in the pop-down menu is a bit confusing and unintuitive, but apart from that I like the amount of functionality offered when compared to Netflix Party and the like. Keep up the good work and thank you so much for letting me watch Nemo with my friends every night for the rest of time.
• (2020-09-18) DsPoetry: For a free app, this is so much better than Netflix Party! thanks so much to the folks who created it. The see-through chat is so dope and I love the emojis. They're still working out some bugs but you can always refresh, host-only control, or something else to get it back up and running in only a minute or two. Again, it's free and having multiple chat features helps to get it all running smoothly too. Either way, awesome job and I hope it stays up for a while
• (2020-09-16) LEGO Boba Fett: Works great! Only problem is that you have to have disney plus to watch anything which to me isnt a surprise. You also get a limited amount of time before you have to pay for it. In terms of functionality it works great.

Only thing was not all of my party could read each other's messages and each message sent would appear twice. My party was more than two people. It would work just fine with two people however. Thank you for creating this piece. If used more and bugs would be fixed, I would definitely buy more hosting time.

  My friend and I have been using this to watch videos, it works reasonably well however there are some minor issues we have found. For example, if you connect after another user they will see your chat but you won't see there's. Video synchronization seems to work fine though. Ideally, I'd make this P2P with some tolerance for buffering, if a user is a second or two behind that should be acceptable but otherwise it should pause to put the buffering user ahead by a second or two.

  I purchased this plugin and received an e-mail confirming the purchase. I went to use it shortly afterwards, and it said "e-mail not found" when trying to login (even when selecting the forgot password option). I contacted google and they said the extension went through on their side, but sometimes the developer side takes a day or so. It's been almost a week, and we went to use it again last night with the same issue.
