Has an ad banner...
Has a single background image on a new search tab that searches only Yahoo! Has buttons on the top to open a few other pages (Facebook, Twitter, eBay, Amazon, a couple others), and a couple buttons on the side to share the theme on social media or via email. Does not seem to be a way to change the background image (it may change by itself over time) or to change the search engine.
