Dark mode chrome is an extension that helps you quickly switch your browser to dark mode.
The button on the toolbar as a toggle ON | OFF, which allows you to easily and quickly turn the extension on or off.
There is also a whitelist feature that allows you to exclude the desired domain from chrome dark mode. Just right-click to bring up the context menu and click on the desired menu item to disable or enable dark mode for the current domain.

- this is quite decent extension. the previous extension "High Contrast" was removed by Google and my gmail screen became very glaring to the eye! Tried to find a replacement but none could replace it? This extension at least could toggle dark mode and less painful to my eyes. That extension is still supported in MS Edge browser. I was contemplating switching to Edge !! but Edge keeps duplicating my tabs each time I open it! very horrible experience

- Best dark mode extension out of them all. Recently began clearing the exclusion list about once every 3 days. Its very annoying. Edit: now its 1-2 times per day... basically the exclusion list does not work.

- Great app! Works on most sites, and there's only a select few that have default coloring, in which they can't be changed whatsoever. The easiest way to use this easily and efficiently is to pin it from your extensions folder in the top right of your screen!

- Dommage... Encore beaucoup de progrès à faire sur cette partie ! La demande de mode sombre fonctionne certes sur les sites internet mais pas avec la page d'accueil de google ni aucune page de google d'ailleurs. La preuve en est : je rédige cet avis en mode sombre avec la page de fond totalement blanche. Une mise à jour ne serait pas de refus pour cette extension. En vous remerciant,

- Работает не на всех страницах, но даже так гораздо лучше, чем выжигающая глаза яркость. К примеру на этой странице, переключение не работает, хотя ютуб, поиск и переводчик успешно переключились в тёмный режим. То что надо, спасибо автору за работу.
