- In-App Notifications
In-app alerts can be personalized to notify users if they are over or under posting throughout the day.
- Activity & Ad Reporting:
Records a history of user activity and ad status information as to provide a comprehensive daily/weekly/monthly report.
- Email Handling:
Automated handling of actionable robot emails related to the user’s classified ads.
- Price Updating:
Automated updating of pricing information found in the user’s classified ads.

PERMISSIONS AND ACCESS :
PostEngine requires the following Chrome permissions:
Management
→ Allows PostEngine to detect if the user is a developer.
→ Allows PostEngine to detect and suggest the disabling of conflicting extensions.
ActiveTab
→ Allows PostEngine to take screenshots for problem reports
Windows
→ Allows PostEngine to authorize users that use Rooof’s API to post.
Storage
→ Allows PostEngine to store information about ads posted for user reports.
→ Allows the user to save settings in the settings page.
→ Used for caching and storing of data that is core to the PostEngine experience.
Notifications
→ Allows PostEngine to provide posting notifications and reminders.
WebRequest
→ Allows PostEngine to warn users that are using proxies if they are about to navigate to a site without a proxy on.
WebRequestBlocking
→ Used in conjunction with the proxy feature so that PostEngine can automatically set proxy credentials.
Tabs
→ Allows PostEngine to open, close or focus new tabs in order to post or renew advertisements.
Geolocation
→ Allows users to use the map in the settings page.
Proxy
→ Allows PostEngine to place users on a proxy in cases where the company IP is overloaded.
Cookies
→ Clear classified site cookies through button in the settings page.
→ Allows the PostEngine to remove cookies from classified sites if it is being used to post for more than one property.
