  • (2023-07-10) Spencer Hutchinson: This extension blocks my ability to use Google Maps satellite view. I have removed the extension tested, reinstalled the extension and tested again. This extension is the only variable to Google Maps not working. May not be an issue for you, just wanted to let others know if you're experiencing issues.

  • (2023-03-31) Prakash Raiya: Great Extension, Please Convert it minifest v3
  • (2023-03-02) Stephen Bassett: Couldn't connect to a REST API that a program sets up and also don't have any way to modify the headers on the server side. Only other thing that worked was opening Chrome with web security turned off however this was a much more convenient solution.
  • (2022-08-02) Marcos Vinicius Ferreira: Funcionou para mim. Por ora uso apenas para rodar testes de estudos em localhost
  • (2022-06-23) Nicholas: interferes with Instagram when enabled
  • (2022-05-16) Hasan Redžović: Regex doesn't work. It doesn't accept for example: ^(http:\/\/)(localhost:3006)(.*)$. Anything with "\" cannot be added. Also, some simple regex such as ^(.*localhost:3006.*)$ doesn't work. Even something like this won't match ^(.*l{1}o{1}.*)$ or ^(.*lo.*)$
  • (2022-03-05) Christian Kilb: Seems to be the only CORS unblock extension that actually works. Thanks!
  • (2021-12-14) albert velasco: Conflict with many services such AWS, Contentful. I don't recommend it at all.
  • (2021-11-21) Steven Widharma: Tried many extensions but only this one works for me. Perfect!
  • (2021-08-11) Luiz Henrique Rios: That's the only one working right now, thanks. But still have one problem "The value of the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header in the response must not be the wildcard '*' when the request's credentials mode is 'include'"
  • (2021-08-11) Raja Nagendra Kumar: Very simple and rocks.. not config required, enable or disabled.. Only thing as there is only button, it is difficult to know if it is enabled or disabled, better say it in text that now CORS is enabled or disabled.
  • (2021-08-06) sky zifang: 不错
  • (2021-05-20) Sir XtC: YESSSS it solved my cors issues, I LOVE IT, and I love you, who ever made this.
  • (2021-05-10) David Rocha: Faz o Google Docs/Drive parar de carregar os itens.
  • (2021-04-08) Mark Blakeney: Works well. Simpler and clearer to configure than other CORS extensions.
  • (2021-02-16) Thomas Dunford: Doesn't work. Will only ever show a red X instead of a green +.
  • (2021-02-02) Ed Hasaba: It sometimes breaks the entire connection making it pointless. Literally can't load any pages with Chrome when this is enabled (for a single site nonetheless)
  • (2021-01-30) Nikita Savchenko: Please fix: Access to fetch at X from origin Y has been blocked by CORS policy: The value of the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header in the response must not be the wildcard '*' when the request's credentials mode is 'include'. One cannot just simply insert "access-control-allow-credentials" header, please refer to a CORS spec. Thanks!
  • (2020-12-10) Roberto Asiel Guevara Castañeda: Perfect, work in Microsoft Edge 87.0.664.57 with just install it. Great work.
  • (2020-11-09) Daniel Vilela: This ONE actually works!!
  • (2020-11-06) Florian Auer: This is a life saver for me. I would rate it 5 stars if the wording would be clearer. I would separate the status from the button. For example, if the CORS check is enabled, then the button reads "Enable", which is confusing to me. Furthermore, I would like to see the status change being applied immediately, instead of having to click the "save" button. Most extensions I use apply changes immediatly, so this is what I'm used to.
  • (2020-10-25) Barbara Ciccone: Useless
  • (2020-10-21) Daniel Enamudu: Wow! Immediately solved a problem I spent well over 2 hours trying to resolve. I just installed and enabled and it worked like magic. Spared me a headache
  • (2020-10-06) 森の子リスのミーコの大冒険: It works fine unless I use slash characters to specify URLs. I sent feedback on the website and am looking forward to bugfix.
  • (2020-09-29) Melvyn Shepherd: I have tried various plugins and this is the only one that worked for me. I just installed the extension, made sure it was enabled and away it goes. ( Don't forget to disable it when you have finished testing).

  • (2020-12-01, v:0.2.3) qichao yu: a question that is not a problem
i visited web failed, i press f12 and DevTools message: The value of the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header in the response must not be the wildcard '*' when the request's credentials mode is 'include'. The credentials mode of requests initiated by the XMLHttpRequest is controlled by the withCredentials attribute. and the same web works on other browsers, i try to update Chrome lasted, dont work, but the Chrome works fine after i remove the extension, so the extension is the cause of failure, i dont know the weird question if i dont quit correctly before. for reference.
  • (2020-08-04, v:0.2.3) Pat Long: Plugin Not Working
I have tried installing and enabling the plugin, but still receive the error message: "blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header" I have a localhost/dev version of a site which is referencing some assets from the live server. I have tried with default settings of URL /.*/ and also listing localhost in Apply Url list. Not sure what the next troubleshooting steps will be.
  • (2020-06-05, v:0.2.3) James Homer: Confusing UI
Hi, the extension works great, thanks! But I think the icon and the language are confusing - it's not clear to me when CORS settings are in their default (safe) state. I think it would be more clear if you used a padlock icon (or unlocked padlock). It would also be better to use the language 'CORS Off' and 'CORS Reset to Defaults' on the buttons within the popup (instead of enable/disable). Anyway, thanks again! James
  • (2020-04-30, v:0.2.3) Johny Why: No Proxy?
Hi, I thought bypassing CORS requires a proxy server. Does your extension allow to bypass CORS without a proxy? thx
