- (2025-05-06) Crystal Identity: UPDATED 3-STAR REVIEW: The dev Matthew is very open and amenable to accepting feedback, even from disgruntled customers! I have therefore updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. He is very honest and polite, with no hint of anger or sarcasm in his emails, so he has earned my respect. He seems to genuinely want honest and constructive feedback, so I am currently helping him with this. He has indicated that he will update the description page with the next major update, which sounds reasonable to me. INITIAL 1-STAR REVIEW: This extension cannot be used for free. I did not realise this until I got an email this morning notifying me that my 'free trial' is ending soon! This fact needs to be written in bold lettering at the very top of the description page for the extension. I would not have installed an extension that does not come in a free version (I'm on disability btw) - I couldn't help feeling I got a bait-and-switch. Chrome Web Store needs to have clear designations as to whether or not an extension is pay-only.
- (2025-04-25) Beckie Kagonia: Partizion has been a huge help in keeping me organized. As a student ,I often have multiple tabs open for research, assignments, and more. With Partizion, everything stays in order, and I can easily switch between tasks without losing track of what I need. It has made my browser feel less cluttered. Easily one of the most useful productivity tools I've added to my browser.
- (2025-04-13) Hilton Davidow - Appreneur: I've been using Partizion to manage my browser tabs and sessions, and it's been a game-changer. The extension's intuitive interface and reliable performance have significantly improved my productivity. What truly sets Partizion apart is the exceptional support from its developer, Matthew. After encountering a minor issue, Matthew proactively reached out to ensure everything was functioning correctly and even implemented a fix promptly. His dedication to user satisfaction is commendable and reflects the quality of the product. I highly recommend Partizion to anyone looking for an efficient tab and session management solution.
- (2025-03-26) Tyler Bartle: This extension is actually kinda super legit. I've been using it for about six months now, and it's so useful, every single day. I can manage tabs very well, from collections to workspaces, and it's so convenient that it transfers everything between devices, no questions asked, immediately, accurately, and consistently. It's been awesome for going through school (i.e. a workspace for school, a collection per class, properties to mark the day of week on which the class is held, and whether or not I've finished the work for the week, etc.). I have like negative two complaints. Bonus points, the guy(s?) behind it is super responsive, for feature requests, support emails, and more. He's open, straightforward, replies quickly, and is, well, a human (lol). He's not a robotic, copy-paste response, I'm-being-paid-by-the-hour intern, he's a real dude with real passions working on an awesome project. 6/5 stars.
- (2025-03-06) x__x C: free only for two weeks. Should have notified the user at least one day in advance regarding the trial expiration. Failure to do so result in a sudden loss of access to their saved content, leading to user dissatisfaction and negatively impact as well as a lack of integrity and strategic foresight vision. -- UX still not very easy and comfort for viewing but on the standard.....suggest to do a simplified free version, eventually when users are financially sound , will pay for better service.
- (2025-03-04) Rob Fisher: Sign up errors before I can even try this out. No help online. I'm out.
- (2025-02-24) ChaCha F.: I like this tool a lot, as it's very easy to use and comes in handy for keeping track of websites you want to frequent. Just click the browser button, and you can add a page to one of your Collections. I just wish that you didn't have to pay to continue using it after the 14-day free trial. I'd much rather have a limited free version available rather than losing access (you have to email them just to get your data) and being forced to pay or risk losing everything. It states that your account will be automatically closed and all your data will be permanently deleted if you don't pay. So, I can't come back later if I change my mind.
- (2025-01-17) 2s1234m: worst!
- (2024-12-01) Frank G: Loving this extension. Has replaced many others which I use. The developer is very responsive too , which is key. I am recommending to a number of people. In particular, I like its speed, flexibility, visual framework, live tabs. Look forward to the continuing improvements in the road map. PS I have it open in every browser I use.
- (2024-11-27) Sơn Lê: I love this extension so much. How about lifetime license instead of subscription?
- (2024-11-24) Mia Grace: has potential but you have to pay
- (2024-09-07) Arnold Spence: An excellent option for effortlessly safeguarding your multitude of tabs. Getting better everyday and backed by a responsive team. Worth trying and worth your support!
- (2024-09-03) Paweł Konieczny: The app itself is really good, monthly subscription isn't my favourite way to pay for software, but so be it. Why 4/5? If you don't plan on paying for the app and forget about it, your data is inaccessible, that is really bad. Sure, after I wrote bad review they provided me extra 14 days, but it's a shame it had to go this way. I like the product, I don't like treatment for using it for free. I understand you need to get your money from this product, but at least when time is up on people's trial, enable them to copy their data, block adding new things or whatever, make it useless, but don't block people off from their stuff on it so they have to ask for permission to get it back.
- (2024-08-30) lucas venturella: Really amazing extension, fully working, totally saved on cloud. My new go to extension for tab management.
- (2024-08-30) Elliott: It's slow to open rn -it helps to ALWAYS KEEP IT OPEN in a separate window (or web app, pinned to the taskbar) instead of replacing the "new tab" space. However, the great support team told me that it will soon work OFFLINE and with a more compact interface! It's an amazing tool for productivity: easy organisation with many keyboard shortcuts. Pricing is a bit steep though, even with the discounts. Also, it would be great to be able to save file link shortcuts (file:///C:/Users/ - I always open PDFs in chrome), to open in the browser or in another app.
- (2024-08-18) Cynthia Schmidt: I have a ton of windows (with many tabs each) open on five virtual desktops on my Mac. I use each virtual desktop for a different project, which helps keep me organized. I was so tired of having Chrome crash and not restoring my windows/tabs after relaunching - so I was looking for a solution that would help with that problem. I tried many other apps that supposedly helped with this issue. But, either they didn’t work, or they required that I manually save my windows/tabs so they could track it (which is useless), or they had a workflow that I didn’t need/want that added unneeded overhead. I finally found Partizion, and it’s perfect for me. I love that I can set up different Workspaces with various Chrome windows with tabs and set Partizion to automatically track what I open/close on each Window. If I turn off auto-update, that’s okay because Partizion also tracks all of my Windows as sessions, so I can always launch what I had open before Chrome crashed. This is exactly what I need to get my work done and save time. I have no problem paying for the extension. Compared to other subscriptions, I do think $5/month is high, though. As a comparison, I pay $9.99/month for my Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom cloud/desktop app bundle. That is a super complex set of apps for $10/month compared to this extension for $5/month. I took one star off for this pricing issue. But, since I can’t find anything else that remotely works as I need it to, I’m happy to pay for this extension. Oh, I should mention that the developer, Matthew, is outstanding! I had some questions and he got back to me immediately. He’s also very interested in feedback to improve his app. Thanks so much, Matthew!
- (2024-08-10) Jim Woodell: I tried a bunch of the free Chrome tab/session managers and found all of them lacking. I also tried a different paid session manager and in the end its organization scheme and workflow didn't really work out for me. I decided to give Partizion a try and I love it. It's so easy to manage tab groups and collections, and I love how easy it is to open a tab group or switch from the group you're working with to a different one. Plus, when I wrote to support for help, Matt was totally on top of it and really wanted to hear about my experience and suggestions. He put the feature I was asking for on the product roadmap. Nice!
- (2024-07-19) Deep Freqs (deep Freqs): Locks you out of your account at the end of the free trial and you can't access your sessions without subscribing. ****ing absurd.
- (2024-07-15) Kyle Mercer: Bottom line: The extension is fantastic, the support is extraordinary and I have absolutely no problems paying for a subscription that ensures my information is not sold to brokers!! I am sold on Partizion and you will be too. 1) The extension has an excellent workflow compared to other products I tried. 2) So-called "free" solutions available elsewhere need to pay for development and computing resources too. They do this by selling some or all of your information to brokers and/or displaying ads. The Partizion subscription covers these costs and ensures your information is never sold. 3) Most importantly, the developer is awesome! They responded to my request within a half hour, offered to provide a solution and developed a feature to import my tabs from my old manager into Partizion within a day. Fabulous customer service!!
- (2024-07-12) Armaan Jaffer: Brilliant application. Excellent developer. Amazing customer service. This app has transformed my entire productivity workflow. I would 100% recommend.
- (2024-07-01) Yaco Yang (Yaco): nice app, perfect for my working scene, and the author helps me a lot
- (2024-06-10) Joao: My first beef was the requirement to sign in to use the extension. That should have let me know all I needed to know about my second beef....the subscription fee. They want me to pay to store a text tile of my personal links on a server somewhere. No fee, no plugin. Which makes the omission of any explicit local storage options look purposeful. This is essentially that other popular session manager (with the initials 'SB') but with a subscription fee, forced cloud storage and the addition of 'Workspaces' to better organize your sessions. Seems like these developers are listening to all of the beefs users had with that other tool. If they had released a free version with local storage (or even a nominal fee) they would have taken pretty much every SB user that just dealt with data disaster. Then they could have offered the cloud storage/sync and premium features for the fee. Rack up hundreds of thousands of free users and then convert them all to a cloud subscription by continuously adding value makes sense to me. But everyone has to feed their families. Pass for now.
- (2024-06-06) Shaun Clark: First extension review (I think) and it's well worth it. This extension scratches that itch I've had for years, of trying so many different tab managers, and still feeling there was just something missing. Imagine this extension as having the best functionality of its competitors, and just doing them all better. I tend to have different use cases from day to day for how I browse and what I need, and previously all the other extensions I'd tried just left a bit lacking. Partizion is not only just a great extension, it's backed by a developer that is super responsive and helpful. He replies faster than intercom and all them chat-bots! What I found especially good in Partizion:- 1) auto-update for the win; ideal for things like forums, threads and regularly updated pages. 2) Flexibility, sometimes you may want to save entire window, sometimes just one tab - it's all good here. 3) It just worked well every time, which can't be said some for some of the other 'big boys'. 4) Clarity - you can hop onto it and suss out how it works right away, then as you experiment more, realise it's far more powerful without being cluttered or needing a leap of faith before clicking. Really happy to pay to be Pro on such a fab extension, Cheers
- (2024-05-07) HOANG-SON LE: Hi, I love this extension so much. Is there any way that I can use my custom private server to back up my data?
- (2024-05-04) Stuart Gibbons: I've been paying for another tab manager for the last couple of years. I'd previously discounted Partizion but with the latest updates I'm switching my subscription to it. The developer has hit the sweet spot between giving the user control of what they want to save, and quietly working in the background to save tabs across devices and sessions without having to worry about it. The UI is very clean with useful features to manage workflows and keep track of what you're browsing. I'm looking forward to seeing how this continues to develop in the future.
- (2024-04-28) John Bauché: Contact me. The extension keeps crashing. I signed up, go to the website, install the extension, activate the extension and all I get is a blank screen. When I deactivate the extension and navigate to the website it works on the website but doesn't sync because the extension isn't activated. When I activate the extension, it goes back to a blank screen. Definitely a bug. Fix it and I will re-review. Thanks.
- (2024-04-22) Logan Kost: If you are like me then paying for an extension is a hard ask. Truly, this is the only subscription extension I pay for! Definitely worth it, and most importantly, the creator of the app is very responsive, open to ideas and the success/dev of the extension is clearly important to him so my money feels well spent. It's a lot easier to feel OK spending money on this when 1. Works great and is a quality extension 2. You can see that the future of the app is in good hands and that your money is going to someone who is actively trying to improve their product. Literally anything I've had an issue with, or thought about seeing added, Mark has been quick to reply and help and ask for more questions so that he can consider implementing the suggestion/request!
- (2024-04-15) Marcus W.: This is the only extension I've found to be worth the subscription cost. Its ability to facilitate tab storage and restoration is awesome. A single click can restore a whole collection of web pages that I frequently use together. The developer is responsive and open to suggestions for improvements. I frequently recommend this extension to my techie friends and family.
- (2024-03-30) Guy Papineau: Great extension! Love that it syncs my sessions automatically. I just come back the next day and restore tabs.
- (2024-03-18) Aviya Cohen: price is too expensive. not worth it
- (2024-03-15) Pranav Vachaspati: Only extension I have that's worth paying for
- (2024-02-06) Vadevious: Been using this extension for over 2 years now, so very convenient being able to save tabs for whatever I want. Stopped playing a game but might come back later? Just save all the tabs so you don't have to re-open all the wiki pages and stuff in the future :)
- (2023-10-26) Vinoo Samuel: A bit ridiculous to have a subscription model for a tool/extension like this. I would wager a lot more people would grab this tool for a flat price. Enough people probably to give you more revenue than a subscription model (in the long run).

- (2023-10-15) Mike Hillman: Must-have extension! I am a consultant and very often have too many tabs open between different projects. Love that I can organize my tabs into Collections by project, then close/reopen all from each project at once - even from different devices. I've tried other solutions and this is by far the best I've found.

- (2023-10-09) Luk A: Have been a paid subscriber for a while and honestly couldn't imagine my life without it. I used to hoard tabs all the time thinking I would need them at some point and that ultimately led to my laptop slowing down tremendously. Now I open and close tabs without any fear because I know partizion is saving them for me and allows me to quickly search for them. Developer is super nice and responsive to support queries and general feedback. 5/5 for me.

- (2023-08-10) Great chrome extension. If you were using the Great Suspender and chrome remove those due to security, Partizion is your answer. If you don't like Chrome's feature where they said that the chrome will unload inactive tabs to ease the load of your computer, then use Partizion. If you are person who likes to separate your multiple works and project that you were working on using Chrome, then Partizion is your answer. The product will need some improvement, but believe me, it is a good starter for you guys.
- (2023-07-29) P.H. Allen: For well over 10 years, I have needed a reliable extension to open a bookmark in a new tab, NOT step on the existing tab. This extension does just that plus so much more! I very seldom use my regular bookmarks these days, and if you are using this extension properly you will know exactly what I mean!

- (2023-07-26) Emmanuel: A trial to test it? I created an account to test it months ago, and wanted to see if anything had been updated. Now I can't because the trial is over. I don't even remember how the extension looked like. I'm not even gonna bother with this one. EDIT: It doesn't even support saving grouped tabs?? It's not worth it.

- (2023-07-14) Pharlain Ross: I'm a tab fiend. I've had 600+ open more times than I can count. The Great Tab Suspender was never perfect, but worked and I didn't want to find a replacement. Then it was removed again and I lost all my tabs so I decided "no time like the present." After a lot of research, I landed on Partizion and I'm so glad I did. It does mean a shift in your workflow, but I've found learning that was way less time than I expected and it's so so worth it. Now all my tabs (Which really, are my thoughts) have a place and are easy to access and find, and I generally only have 10 actual tabs open at any time! Plus, Matthew is super responsive and kind. Superb service! Try Patrizion, you won't regret it.

The CEO himself is a down-to-earth guy who is passionate about this so you know you are getting the real deal. If you like this, I'd kindly ask of you to share this with others since this deserves more downloads than it already has.
