Extend functionality in the Velocify CRM by unlocking pipeline view actions and unleashing the full capabilities of your shark tank. Any field can be selected for use with pipeline actions, these include:
- Open Lead
- Visit Link
- Add Calendar Event
- Action Pop-up
- Open Lead SMS
Shark tank feature enables click-to-call on any phone number in the pipeline, adding it to the lead log, even if the user making the call is not assigned.
