• (2023-07-01) Laurent: The application is very useful, fortunately it exists but it is a shame to have to install an extension to have this functionality. However, it lacks a sound option: that the notification can be permanent or in any case lasts longer. Indeed, if I am no longer in front of my chromebook, I do not perceive the notification at the risk that the next time I use it, the chromebook is turned off because the battery has been drained.
• (2023-06-22) Mylo Coley: Barely works. If you pin the extension, it will show the power (if you choose the setting for that in the extension), but that is the only thing that works. The pop up at the specific power percent that you set it to. I set a pop up at 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and 3% and none of the pop ups worked. Adding sounds to those pop ups won't do anything as well.

• (2022-06-09) Dr. Andreas Leo Faulstich: Battery Status enables me to set notifications for battery levels. So I have set some low battery notifications to be not surprised by my Chromebook suddenly shutting down with an empty battery just because I forgot to plug it in.
• (2022-05-30) Paula Owens: This is EXACTLY what I wanted and this is the ONLY extension that provides it! The battery icon is much easier to see than the one in the system tray of my Chromebook... Best of all: I'm able to set notifications to let me know the battery levels of my own choosing (20%/80%). I don't know yet if this extension gives an audible notification, but if it does, I'll be even more in love with it. Hats off to the developer for creating this.

Мне важно, что все уровни настраиваются самостоятельно и можно указать как низкий заряд (например 15%) так и высокий (95%) я не заряжаю батарею до 100%, есть опыт использования такой тактики на смартфоне, очень экономится ресурс батареи, если заряд не полный, сама батарея сохраняет ресурс гораздо дольше. Кому интересно, читайте о приложении AccuBattery на Андроид.. на iOS полных аналогов не знаю.
• (2020-09-17) Bhalesh Patel: Quite useful extension. Please add feature to notify when battery reaches certain percentages like 15% and 90%. All the apps on windows store are useless as they stop working in background no matter how much permissions we give them.So please add battery low and full and 90% notifications feature.

  The notifications for low/high etc. are not always displayed, or the duration is too short, and can be missed. Today I got a notification for 15% at 2%....

  My battery vendor says "do not charge past 95% for best battery life". It would be a great feature of your program if it could communicate with the battery and monitor the charge % to the point that when it reaches that % it would intercept and stop the charging. Or perhaps send a message to my phone that the chargeis approaching the max % I specified. I suspect that is technically possible so can you do it?
