If you find yourself frustrated with keeping track which of your products need to be restocked during trading, especially when you only keep one or a few units per SKU on the floor, then the Restock Alert app is for you. The Restock Alert will prevent you from losing sales due not replenishing your floor stock timely and quickly.
How does it work? The Restock Alert:
1) Gives you an Alert after each sale if any of the items just sold has another unit in inventory that needs to be brought out to the floor (Screenshot #1).
2) From the Alert, you can choose to print the list on your receipt printer.
3) From the Alert, you can choose to clear the list.
4) The Alert can also be accessed via a link on the sell screen (Screenshot #2) so you can access your running list of items that needs to be restocked. The list begins when till opens and ends when the till closes.
5) The Alert can be cleared when accessed by the link on the sell screen.
6) The Alert also pops up when you close the till at the end of the day as a reminder to restock what was sold during the day (Screenshot #3).
You can set what threshold you want the alert to pop up (ie. When you have sold 1 or 2 or 3 units of a given SKU and have stock remaining in inventory).
