In the debugger, it now gets HTTP 403: "The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your <a href="/youtube/v3/getting-started#quota">quota</a>." It says "[YouTube Data API Error] The "Thumbnail Rating Bar for YouTube™" extension received an error when trying to request data from the YouTube Data API. This could be due to an invalid API key. To update the API key, visit the extension's settings page, which is accessible by clicking the extension's icon in the toolbar." But there's nowhere in the settings to enter a new API key.
