It is an advanced "Concept Search" tool, a concept highlighter, a phrase highlighter, with convenient manual highlight mode.
It is a prefect tool for enhanced reading productivity, or for extracting text/data/information from a web page.
It works ONLY as a Chrome Extension, there is no separate desktop version of the software - though there is an Acrobat Add-on that works with Acrobat Reader/Pro DC on PDF files.
It is cloud based. In basic mode, one does not need a user account.
