Dark Mode is a Chrome extension that will give your Freshdesk console a new look. It allows setting a dark theme that is less tiring for the eyes.
DARK MODE
Dark Mode is highly demanded since it allows reducing eye strain and facilitate screen use in dark environments. So, we decided to bring it to Freshdesk users since support reps often have to work night shifts. Dark Mode works with all the features that come with your Freshdesk. And you can adjust the contrast and brightness of the theme to your liking.
NIGHT SHIFT
Switching to dark mode is an excellent decision for maintaining eye health. But even with the dark mode on, the computer screen still emits blue light, which affects sleep.
The Night Shift feature inverts the blue light to the warm spectrum. Therefore, reducing the risk of insomnia. You can turn the Night Shift on and off when the need calls for it.

- Doesn't work at all, and from what I can see in the other reviews you have to pay an ongoing cost for it now. Considering it would have taken more time to implement a payment feature than to build the actual extension, that's a good joke. No thanks

- This extension was great until they decided that the functionality should be locked behind a paywall. One morning I clock in to do my job and suddenly I either have to pay to continue to use the core functionality of a browser extension or suffer through the eye-searingly bright UI of Freshdesk. I like my room to be dark, especially in the early morning when I clock in. Thanks for making my day-to-day existence considerably worse you greedy corporate pigs.

- The best! now i can get rid of the white style and go with the batman one, dark knight arise! and for ours the IT superheroes (or something like that) we can work in a way that doesn't kill our deprecated vision. Thank you developers!!! for such great and awesome work!

- Thanks for providing a solution that FD won't! Would be nice if the left nav bar could be a little darker but this is way better than not having a dark mode option at all!
