• (2023-06-13) Edwin Yung: works perfectly. after installing the extension, just refresh the 'training' page on the Garmin Connect webpage. The Download button should appear to download the .json file. To import, login with the other user then click import, select the .json file you want to import. (you must have the extension on the computer your are importing from as well).

But after clicking into the workout, to the right of the name, it says Edit Workout, Send to Device, and this extension adds another option/button that says Download.

  Hi ! Your tool is definitely great, thanks a lot. There's another I do with garmin connect from time to time: I scroll all.. the.. way... down... to list all activities from the very beginning and then click export to get the csv with everything.   Thanks you very much for your work. I'm french and I encounters some problem with the accented characters encoding. The exported .json files seem to be correct but when I import the file into Garmin Connect, all of the accented characters contained in the notes or titles are not correctly displayed. I tried to convert json to Windows Latin-1 and it works fine. So GarminConnect database seem to be encoded in Windows Latin-1 or similar. Does exist a way to correct this issue directly into the plugin ? Maybe, the plugin could encode the json files directly using Windows Latin-1 or similar ? Furthermore, I can help you to translate the strings to french if you want.
