The Job Winner™ is an online curriculum with an embedded recording tool that helps users to improve their interviewing, customer service, and communication skills through repeated recorded practice. The recording tool captures the users speech, facial expressions and any on-screen actions they may be demonstrating in real time. The curriculum instructs users and prompts them to create videos that self-reflect upon their efforts on specific questions or various tasks, make changes as needed, and ultimately share their videos with supervisors and/or managers for review and feedback.The feedback component built into our platform enables supervisors to quickly and efficiently provide praise and/or constructive criticism back to the trainee by recording a voice track that is gently layered over the trainee’s original video production.
