- Been using Textline for a while and the Slack integration has helped keep me on top of customers for notifications, but now its so much easier because I can respond from any chrome browser. When supporting customers I prefer the full app but day to day when I'm not on support the chrome extension is a game changer.

- Been using Textline for sales and support for over 2.5 years and love it! Now I don't have to switch between tabs to respond to customers, because the chrome extension allows me to send and receive messages while I'm using other tools like Salesforce and Zendesk. For more complex tasks, I go back to the native Textline web app (ie reporting, sending bulk messages, etc).
