The Zendesk Download Router allows you to specify how you want to route your Zendesk attachment downloads. You can set a custom path based on the incoming ticket ID, ticket title, ticket organization name and Zendesk subdomain.
Other features include:
✓ Easily open previously downloaded files when viewing a ticket by clicking on the extension icon
✓ Download all attachments at once in the current ticket by clicking on the extension icon
✓ Download all attachments at once for each ticket comment
✓ Download embedded images within the ticket comment

- (2023-09-21) Piotr Zasiewski: At first didn't work for me, but quick message to Dev and few hours later it works as perfectly. Great addition, no more mess in downloads. I still have to workout symlinks for it to work with OneDrive, but as for now it is awsome.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking all the settings, but it calls all my files undefinedfilename and doesn't create the folders like it should. No help anymore. Please fix!
