Best Reader View is based on Firefox's open source Readability module, with heavy pre and post processing. It renders web pages better than Firefox's owner reader mode view!. Chrome's built-in reader mode, the one that you must enable trough a flag, is lackluster, and doesn't work 30-40% of the time. Even when it works, the output is far from perfect. Most other reading mode extensions have lots of clutter, unnecessary features, advertising and bad UI. Edge has the best built-in reader mode - but this extension is miles ahead of any of them. Kudos!

- (2020-03-08) echo app: I've tried many reader view extensions, this one is by far the best. I read google news a lot, most of the news sites are cluttered with ads. I just turn on the "Use Reader automatically" mode on them, and use the Best Reader exclusively on them. It reduces the loading time from like 10 seconds for some of the websites to 2-3 seconds. Big time saver for me.

Sarebbe molto comodo se su tutti i siti che l'app rileva come "funzionanti correttamente con modalità lettura", essa attivasse automaticamente la modalità lettura. Ora come ora bisogna mettere a mano ogni sito su cui si vuole l'attivazione, ma mi piacerebbe una opzione che permettesse il funzionamento opposto, ovvero l'attivazione a priori della modalità lettura su tutti i siti supportati tranne quelli che vengono specificati dall'utente.
