• (2020-03-09) sangaur.xxx Xp: It works fine, but takes a LOT of reading manuals on the website to figure out how to find your forked bitcoin funds and migrate them into your wallets. for my unclaimed BTG I finally figured out from a guide on the site how to recover using the BTG split tool, unfortunately I had to send the balance to Binance Exchange and then send it back into my BTG Segwit wallet to get it to find my BTG funds. A more automated or friendly user interface for the non-technical crowd would really go a long way because the reviews section here is full of angry people that can't read.

• (2020-03-09) Hai Huy: I do not understand all the problems everyone seems to be having with the NanoS. It installed and works fine for me. There is a bit of confusion if you have both BTC as well as BCH but I don't think it is an app issue. The only possible issue I am encountering is trying to cancel a transaction. I mistakenly sent my BTC on the NanoS to my BCH account on Kraken. So, my transfer is not showing anywhere except being deducted from my NanoS. According to the help faq I found on the Ledger website I should be able to use the "advance" button to bring up a recovery option. Well on the newest version of the app, the advance option only shows up if you select the BCH fork. That doesn't help me since I need to recover to my BCT ledger account.
• (2020-03-09) Bcbouns B: I am still trying to figure out how to install it, how to store coins on it? Brought back when Bitcoin was $350.00 but gave up as I could not figure out how to use it............My loss. Now use Coinbase much simpler. You guys need to make it easier at the moment it like one has to be some sort of secret agent to decode the bloody thing.

• (2020-03-09) Victor Diaz: This has worked fine for me. HOWEVER it is a bit confusing having the app as a Chrome extension. For those that are struggling, install Chrome. Install the extension. Then go to your chrome apps by entering "chrome://apps/" in the address bar. By default, you should see a link to "Apps" in your Bookmarks Toolbar. Alternatively, if you go to the Chrome menu (three dots to right of address bar) -> More Tools -> Extensions, you will see a list of installed extensions. Click "More Details" below the Bitcoin app, and you can create a desktop shortcut. Open the app, and unlock the Ledger Wallet via the 2 hardware buttons. Should just connect automatical
• (2020-03-09) Sergio: Recovery phrase issue: When I received my nano, I made sure to write all 24 words properly, in the order it was given on the card provided. I was reluctant to update, but last week, I did it and it is been a nightmare since. I have tried to reconfigure using my 24 recovery words... I am stuck on the 4th word, the device gives me only one word which is different of what I have. Can someone help me please. As I explained in my previous email this is not possible, the device cannot inform that a recovery phrase is invalid if this is not the case. You MUST have made a mistake when writing down your 4th word. I suggest you look online so you will have proof that this mistake is actually quite common and in all cases the mistake of the person who initialized the 24 words. Following a review of the elements you submitted, here is our conclusion: As underlined in article 8 of our Terms and Conditions, we would like to remind you that users of Ledger products are solely responsible for the way they use their devices and protect their data and information. Users must take all necessary steps to ensure that their PIN code and their 24-words recovery phrase remain confidential and are stored in a secure location, away from prying eyes. These 24 words must be written down correctly, one mistake will make your recovery phrase invalid. Furthermore, in order to offer an optimum level of security to its users, Ledger does not have access to users’ 24-words confidential recovery phrase nor their PIN code. • (2020-03-07) Yvonne Pol: I like this app. But I understand that Google will soon be removing all Chrome apps - including this one. As a Chromebook user I cannot use the new Ledger . Therefore when this Ledger Manager app ends, I probably need a new PC... or a Chromebook compatible crypto wallet. Can anyone advise on whether this app will keep going? Or what Chromebook compatible wallets there are out there? Many thanks! :)
