• (2023-09-22) Devon Kubacki: I've been using this extension for awhile now, and the 3.0 version was a complete game changer! The tool is now easier to use than ever, and it is getting better and better! One of the best additions was a progress window that shows how many images are left in the process. Before, in version 2, you had no idea how far it was in the automation sequence, and would have no idea when it would finish the automation. It was also fairly buggy, and sometimes would randomly stop working, or not work at all. All of that is fixed in 3.0. At the time of writing, the current release is version 3.1.3 (for reference.) I have only encountered two bugs, and the new bug reporting system built into the extension got me in contact with support within MINUTES for a workaround. That is some seriously good customer support! Finally, I'm super happy that they added the pre-made CSV templates to the help tab of the extension - its a massive workflow improvement for scaling up my print on demand side project! It was a good automation software before - Now it is an infinitely better value! AutomatePOD AutoMate has most definitely earned my 5 star rating - something I don't give out lightly!

Within two hours we had a remote connection and determined that the VAR1 needed to be on its own text block independent of the rest of the text. Now it works flawlessly... Thanks! Everything is working fine except the most important part which is ensuring the design is downloaded with a transparent background. Although this is a great took IF it works as designed, right now it is not. I would like my money back please, and there is no contact details on your site

  When I try to use AutomatePOD with Canva, it never downloads anything. I have a csv file with 3 columns, VAR1, VAR2 and File Name. Once I import the csv file and start the process I can see it takes the values for var1 and varr2 from the first entry and adds them to my design. And it looks correct. But that is where it stops. It just never tries to download anything and completely stops. I have tried it on two different computers, one MacOS and one Windows 10 and I get the same issues on both. I was not sure if you had any ideas, or if something may have changed in Canva or even Google Chrome. I am going to try photopea next just to see if it works in there. Please let me know if you know of anything else I can try to resolve this issue. I have also tried other csv files, even the template files I downloaded from the automated.com site. Same issue happens with those as well. I do have a Canva pro subscription.

  Hello, I bought Automate POD and it worked perfectly with Canva in my old laptop. I then bought a new laptop and logged into Automate POD through the Chrome extension. While on the Automate POD website the login was successful, the Chrome extension didn't change and it's still showing the "get started" view. Also, I tried subscribing to Automate POD using a different email address with my new laptop but the same issue still occurs. Please advise.

  Hello, I tried to use a code in Ryan's video, I used the code expecting to get 50% off, however it only said the code was invalid after the card was billed. So I am paying $30 instead of 15. I like Ryan and wanted to support his content, but paying $30 when similar automation tools are 3x less. I do not have a lot of money, so If we could somehow work this out this would be great.

  I basically followed the instructions/tutorials exactly. I subscribed monthly, added the chrome extension, and tried utilizing the extension in Canva (as a Canva Pro user). The first time I opened the Automade Pod extension, I was able to upload the .csv file and select the appropriate options. However, when I clicked "submit" (or whatever the button was... I only saw it once), it did not do anything. So I thought okay, I will try again. Closed the window, tried changing other things (maybe destination folder was too long?), still didn't work. Subsequently, every time I try again, clicking on the extension just showed the message that I need to subscribe. So I go and log in again at the Automate POD website, and successfully log in. I go back to Canva, click the extension, and it STILL tells me I need to subscribe. I have clearly already subscribed, but it doesn't recognize that for some reason. So I can't do anything, once again. NOW, after closing the browser, clearing cache, etc. when I click the extension it literally just shows the spinning gears forever. Waited for an hour, still spinning gears, can't do anything. Please. Investigate and fix these problems. Until then, I rule this extension as completely unusable.

  Hi there, just subscribed to Auto POD but it doesn't work so far. I already had Canva Pro previously and I did everything exactly as described in the tutorial that I watched several times now. I refreshed browswer and restarted my laptop. I actually tried many different things and there is always a different problem, so I can't even pin down what could be the cause. - Tried one of your spreadsheets and it changed to the fist VAR1, but did not generate more nor did it download anything. - Tried a customed spreadsheet - nothing at all, not even a change from VAR1 placeholder to content. - Tried another of your spreadsheets, then nothing happened except that my uploaded graphic disappeared from the canvas. So yeah, don't really know what causes the problem. THX
