- (2023-07-05) Chris Colgan: This extension worked great... right up until HBO rebranded as "Max". That seems to have killed the functionality of the extension. But that's HBO's doing, not the extension developer's. So while this extension no longer works, when it did, it was great.

- (2022-08-16) Tang Pedersen: It used to work most of the time, but it stopped a couple of weeks ago. I hope it gets fixed soon, because it's annoying having to use a mouse if you're sitting on the couch. The two stars is because it used to work.

- (2020-12-18) Mr. Lance E Sloan: I don't know why HBO Max's player doesn't support using the arrow keys the way this application does. I like that it enables jumping back and ahead with the left and right arrows, and adjusting the volume using the up and down arrows. Before I found this extension, I learned through experimentation that HBO Max's player can be paused by pressing space, K, or P. It also supports jumping back and ahead using Z and X, and toggle full-screen mode using F. But it has no volume support. This extension "corrects" the keys that can be used in the HBO Max player. If I could request improvements, it would be to have keys to toggle closed captions and muting.
