用途：复制网址的时候带上网页标题。用户为何要安装：chrome插件商店很多都只能复制网址而不能复制标题，于是我开发了这个插件，让用户复制网址的时候带上网页标题。

Works through the context menu. Creates a popup message that cannot be disabled. There is not setting the "URL Separator" field. Not suitable for me. (RUS: Работает через контекстное меню. Создаёт всплывающее сообщение, которое нельзя отключить. Нет настройки поля «Разделитель URL». Не подходит для меня).
