Journal is completely and free and open-source software.

This release contains a basic version of the Editor and Media Organiser. A more advanced Editor that will support better integration with the Media Organiser is planned for an upcoming release.

In this release:

- Group documents by collection and sub-folder
- Rich text editor
- Basic PDF Printing support
- Export & import
- Grab images, videos and text from around the web
- Tag saved media
- Works offline*

* Videos are not downloaded currently but images, gifs and text are
