(2023-03-03) Tiffani Thompson: It had the potential to work well. And then, as soon as I upgraded from the free trial to the paid subscription - I've had consistent issues. One of which is recurring, involving the listing helper. And it takes a day for them to reply with the same message of "I just notified our developers about this recurring issue and should be resolved soon." I currently have under 100 active listings. My plan is for 200 listings - however, because it tries to pull in all of the expired and inactive listings (this bumps the total number of listings over 200 - and I do have "active listings" checked), it keeps stalling out telling me I need to upgrade my plan in order for it to work. Even this could have been overlooked if it happened one time and was fixed permanently - but it's every single time I log on. I gave it 2 months, because I really liked the product, when it worked. But - now it's just a point of frustration and really not worth the headache.

When I click on the extension and try to pull up the entire page of analytics all the text is layered on top of each other and you can't really use it. The only way I can use it is clicking the Alura button on a specific listing and it shows some basic information in the small bottom page box that loads. That is a nice feature though.
