Utilicé la extensión y mis alumnos reportaban problemas con el audio, al apagar la extensión me escuchaban perfecto; realicé pruebas con familiares y amigos y todos coinciden en que prefieren escuchar el ruido normal, al ruido distorsionado que se crea con la extensión.
• (2020-09-30) Cherrie: Every time I turn on the App, people that I am talking to cannot hear me clearly. My voice is breaking up in and out. I feel disappointed, because I thought this app can help but it even makes it worse.

  Hello, Seems like I have the same issue with microphone as already mentioned above. I use chromebook (Pixelbook), Pro Krisp subscription. When Krisp extension is installed - the microphone does not work, no sound is being catched through it. I've already sent a message to customer support but unfortunately haven't received a reply yet.   I'm on a Chromebook (Pixelbook) and I have the Krisp extension enabled (I *thought* it was configured to read and change data only when I clicked the extension, but it looks like that may not be the case). At any rate, I encountered a website (https://vote.webbyawards.com/PublicVoting#/2020/video/general-video/reality) that did not render well in my browser. I tried incognito, and it ran fine. So it seemed to me that an extension was causing the issue. I disabled all my extensions and added them one by one, testing the site. When I enabled Krisp, the site broke. I've confirmed this is the case by enabling and disabling the extension. No response needed; just wanted to give you a heads up. Great job on the extension!

  I had signed up for a free month of pro and was quite happy with it. In the middle of a practice for a presentation (I was in Zoom) , it just stopped working. Mildly annoyed because I thought it was treating me like a free user who had used up the 120 minutes, I decided to just pay for the Pro version. I assumed that would fix the problem. It didn't. When I opened a new zoom meeting and had a real Q&A, Krisp just didn't work. I had to use my regular mic. Again, I was happy with Krisp, when it was working. If you can get it to work again, I'll just keep my subscription, but ask if you can add the unused portion of my free month to the end of my subscription.
