Yen is particularly helpful if you are struggling with anything along the way she will help walk you through resolving the issue in no time at all. Can't recommend this app and it's support team highly enough and when it comes to the cost of the premium plans this is much cheaper than higher rated review apps and in my opinion Ryviu provides much better value for money than the higher priced ones. RYVIU is the best Review App for any beginner as a drop shipper or as in E-commerce. The customer support is also beneficial. They granted all my requests to do minute customizations to make it an excellent fit for my store. I was not once told by the customer support to review them, and I highly appreciate all their help. This App is also extremely user friendly. It also really cost-effective.

App wasn't working for a long time, their support wasn't able to do anything and after I gave them a bad review, they asked me to delete it and to connect them with TeamViewer ... After that, shitstorm happened, not just that they haven't been able to fix anything, they were tempering with my network and now my internet is working terrible, not loading pages, reporting errors, WiFi goes up and down so I even have to call my ISP support now, i mean FFS! I will report them anywhere I can, starting from Shopify first but for those thinking about installing this app, just DON'T, under any circumstances! SCAMMING APP!!
