With Resize Gmail Sidebar, you'll get all the space you need to reorganize your viewing space and become more efficient! You can easily slide your sidebar left or right, thereby increasing or decreasing your Gmail label view. - THIS EXTENSION CHANGED MY LIFE! Well, not really, but I paid a lot of money for my monitor, and I don't want those pixels wasted on useless white space. Ad supported, but a resonable tradeoff - seems like a legit company, very limited popups. Only bug may be a feature - when you click on the hamburger menu, even the icons disappear.

- Does more or less what it is supposed to do, but look out for the invasive, obnoxious commercial baggage that comes with it! I was able to unsubscribe from the emails, and, with a bit of effort, use an ad blocker like UBlock Origin to screen out the popups, the icon, the notifications, and the other annoyances. However, that took more effort than it was worth. There's a lot of unnecessary code involved in this extension. I have no idea what it is doing, but it starts when Windows does, and runs whether Chrome is open or not. I don't need it, I don't trust it, and I don't like the vendor's aggressive approach. I am going to uninstall it as soon as I finish this review. I don't care what the vendor has to say in response. This is parasitic behavior. Google should just make the width of the damn sidebar adjustable. How hard can it really be?

- The new release of this extension now requires the permission to read and modify emails and attachments. WHY DOES A SIDEBAR RESIZER TOOL NEED THESE PERMISSIONS? The previous version worked great and did not require these new permissions. WTH? I will no longer be using the extension.

I'd prefer if you make the dashboard/settings simply available via extension settings like most others do, rather then being displayed into our face on every gmail page. But I understand your main goal with this free extension is to upsell for your own products, if you'd only be more gentle about it, even if it would be a case of allowing us to disable the icon on the Gmail page would be great, that way one would become aware of your resources and additional products but have a choice to not see advertisement of your dashboard on the Gmail interface.
