- Unfortunately, I purchased a rather expensive subscription, around $250, to help me remove inactive friends from my profile. After several attempts to use the tool, I discovered that it provided inaccurate information. I even created video proof and sent it to customer support, but unfortunately, they didn't do much about it. Bottom line, at least in my experience, it simply doesn't work.
