Enable push to talk functionality in Google Meet
This extension is for Google Meet
This will enable simple push to talk functionality to make it easier to only have your microphone on when talk to prevent feedback especially in large meetings
When the spacebar is pressed down it will unmute the microphone and when released it will mute the microphone

It works pretty good and is easy to use. It greatly improves the Google Meet experience. I have two point that I would like to see improvement on the bump my rating op to five stars. When using chat on Google Meet pressing the spacebar conflicts with the push to mute. I would like to see that fixed. And the button is always red. To me it would make more sense if the button is red when not active and greyish black when it is active, the same as the other buttons in that row in Google Meet.

Whenever I wrote in the chat and I put a space I would unmute and I could not put a space in the chat but it was still helpful
It used to work really well, but it now it interferes with the chat feature in Google Meet. Can you please make an update to avoid this?

I don't know if it's only me but I've found this extension interfere with chat. I'm unable to message during a meet because any space hitting toggle my mic and not add any space char to my chat. Is that a bug or I am doing something wrong? Thank you Andrea
It's exactly what I need. Be able to change it with shift or other button will be great. Is there any way to make it work even if the window is not selected?
It would be cool if it could be disabled from time to time when I don't need it.

It work fine, it could be usefull that we can change the key to activate the function, for example, instead of using the space key, if we can use the ctrl or alt + a or anything else. :D
Estava funcionando muito bem. Agora, não consigo clicar em nada na tela do meet enquanto a extensão esta ativada. Gostaria que arrumassem este problema.
