Riddr, izgovara se kao /ˈ𝗿𝗶ː𝗱ə/ (reader), je ekstenzija za Google Chrome koja pretvara bilo koji označeni tekst u govor. Pokretan legendarnim 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗜𝘁! TTS endžinom i najmodernijim tehnologijama veštačke inteligencije, Riddr nudi najautentičnije glasove slične ljudskim na tržištu potpuno 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗡𝗢. U kombinaciji sa jednostavnim korisničkim interfejsom, na samo jedan klik ste od pretvaranja omiljenih e-knjiga, vesti, dokumenata i bilo kog drugog oblika teksta u govor na više od 50 jezika, tako da možete slušati umesto da čitate.

Panel sa opcijama koji je jednostavan za korišćenje daje vam veliku kontrolu nad vašom Riddr ekstenzijom i omogućava vam da joj date lični pečat. Evo nekih od dostupnih opcija:
- Prilagodite nivo jačine, brzinu govora i visinu tona;
- Definišite svoj preferirani jezik;
- Transkribujte listu reči i odredite njihovu izgovor (idealno za nastavnike i sigurnost učenika);
- Aktivirajte režim automatskog izbora, koji automatski izdvaja i čita čitljiv tekst sa sajtova;
- Automatski režim čitanja omogućava vlasnicima sajtova da odrede koji sadržaj treba da se pročita pri ulasku na stranicu, poboljšavajući pristupačnost.

- (2025-03-07) 2025 update: At first I had trouble finding the extension, as the developer decided to rebrand it. Instead of SpeakIt it is called Riddr now, I liked Speakit better (just the name). SpeakIt was buggy occasionally, but I got used to it and worked just fine for me. However Riddr is 10x improvement over the old extension, the speaking dont interupts as before, simplified UI, I love the ability pick paragraph to be read by clicking on it <3 And the options page, oh god, custom shortcuts is that I waited for! P.S. the controls pause/start work from my airpods

Tried highlighting other pieces of text but the same happened. Very cool idea and nice speech voice, but this issue makes it unusable.
