Fast scrolling for any web page is available for now. Just install this extension and in low corner of each web page will be available the scalable scroll window.
Today lots of websites are using lazy-loading technique to show the new items and records upon scrolling down, so this extension much more needed for best navigation by such websites.
The extension "Visual Scrollbar" is also capable to make the marks for scroll positions for any web page, that allows to you quickly jump between web page positions. (Visual Scrollbar)

- (2020-06-23) Fritjof Larsson: It works great, but on some sites it completely mix up the order of the marks. For instance, creating two or more marks on this forum web page https://forum.manjaro.org/t/very-slow-shutdown-restart/120922 in different positions, reloading the web page or closing and reopening the browser makes a jumble of marks. I'm using Chromium Version 83.0.4103.97 if that matters.
