Annotate on any webpage and save it as a screenshot!
Annotate the Web was created to allow users to annotate any webpage and save it as an image.
This can be useful for students having to submit work, or for anyone that would like to screen capture an image of the webpage they are on, along with annotations.
The extension does not save any of your user data nor does it relay any information to any server. It allows you to save the images to your hard drive.
This extension may be updated at irregular intervals.

Note: The annotation window can be moved around the screen. You can change the pen color, size of the pen, erase your annotation, clear the screen and save your annotation as a screenshot to your hard drive.

- (2022-07-18) Pat MySecret: Doesn't have Text. Eh.. If you Scroll, the markings will follow. Good! If you refresh & click the icon, your markups NOT be there.. Eh.. Like some similar extensions, you have the option to take a screenshot. Ok Is not my favored choice.

- (2022-02-03) Priscila: Utilizo junto com minha mesa digitalizadora para responder questões em site especializado. Amei! Testei várias extensões, essa é simples e intuitiva, além dos grifos fixarem-se no local da página onde tu riscaste. Recomendo!
- (2021-01-28) bgsn W: It is the BEST one among all similar plugins: press X can clear all content, switch modes(especially mouse mode and pen mode) with a panel. But it doesn't support some useful shortcuts such as one-step undo, looking forward to updates!
- (2021-01-25) Jack Hodari: Does the job, simple. Useful arrow tool for clicking as well. Works well with a stylus. BUT it doesn't save well. Jpeg is just one screen-size, and pressing Close clears all the annotations. There should be a PDF export file. Also the erasor should be automatically thicker and should be activated when I press Erase on my stylus. I'll be going back to editing saved PDF's using Edge browser.
