The extension is trying to detect articles and posts related to COVID-19 and hide them. We do think that people all over the world are over stressed. And mass media hysteria adds even more stress to our life. We don't think that coronavirus is not a problem today. We just want to protect emotional people from unnecessary level of stress.

Add support for variant names such as "Delta variant", "Omicron". Similarly could be good to target the word "Vaccine" and "Vaccination". By far the best blocker extension out there, I love the way you're replacing the elements on page with a box with the dashed outline, looks great.
