  • (2023-10-11) Marsha S: This extension is great and does what it says. Also the developer is super responsive if something isn't working well. Everything I needed in this extension, thanks!
  • (2023-10-05) Joseph La Mere: Surprisingly powerful extension. A must needed tool for anyone producing content!
  • (2023-09-28) Odysseas Tsolkas: This is by far the best scroll capture tool i found on the web. It would be a solid 5 stars if it actually worked consistently. Which it did, until it didn't, on the same website & computer (osx / chrome). Such a pitty because it is such a well thought out app. Would pay for it 100% if it worked
  • (2023-09-21) Stephen Townsend: Plugin seems great. The only issue I'm having is the recording is coming out a bit fuzzy/low quality. If I set the resolution higher it appears to crop into the site. Not sure if I just need to do it on a higher res monitor or if it's the conversion from webm to mp4 or if it's just the recording itself?
  • (2023-09-15) Gene Lewis: Hi Patrick! Tool has great potential, but I'm seeing some weird behavior. I try creating a simple timeline of scroll points (only changing the "Y" value), and setting duration to 3 seconds, and delay to 1 second. Rather than cleanly scrolling from one y value to the next, there are a series of small scrolls (maybe a few pixels) in between the bigger scrolls. Am I doing something wrong? I'm on a Mac (Ventura 13.4.1) using Chrome version 116.0.5845.187 (Official Build) (arm64). Can you help?
  • (2023-09-14) Mihaela Pal: Hi Patrick, while I love the potential of this tool, I can't seem to get any of my clicks to work. I would love to use this tool for our software demos, do you think you can help me learn how to use it properly?
  • (2023-08-24) amanda: very simple to use
  • (2023-07-05) JB D: Really good extension, it does what it says and it is simple to use. It just needs the ability to save and load different timelines tho :)
  • (2023-06-22) Jordan Pomrenke: The extension is exactly what I needed. I experienced a few bugs which others seem to be experiencing as well. I reached out to Patrick and he responded with a quick and helpful response. When the fix didn't work, he took the time to send a quick video which solved the issue in the end. Fantastic service for a free extension! Easily rated 5 stars. Here are the two lines of javascript he sent me. The second fixed my problem. document.body.style.scrollBehavior="auto"; document.documentElement.style.scrollBehavior="auto";
  • (2023-05-31) Logan Venture: This extension is WONDERFUL. Thank you. I'm just trying to figure out how to have the page refresh on capture (then start capture) as a Javascript line to refresh the page on start breaks the recording. Any thoughts? Thank you!
  • (2023-05-04) Joe Thio: This extension is exactly what I hoped it would be. I never bother leaving reviews but this one deserves it.
  • (2023-04-28) Claire GGG: Exactly what I was looking for, provides you with smooth and adaptable web scrolls which are so handy for video editors who don't want jerky scrolls on their video creations. The only thing missing is being able to choose which format the videos are processed into. Adobe Premier Pro sometimes accepts webm and sometimes doesn't, so then I have to use an alternative app to save as an mp4, but for a free extension, it's superb - thank you developer(s) you're very much appreciated!
  • (2023-03-03) Alvaro Alcaide: 5 starts. Great plugin. All what you need. Stop searching.
  • (2022-12-15) Ed Figueroa: Buttons with no names. Records video. Not an scrolling image.
  • (2022-12-14) Benjamin Miles: This is a really amazing tool for Web Designers and Developers. The ability to show an entire page, including entrance and scroll-position-based animations, and automate all kinds of user interactions without having my clumsy looking mouse movements in the video... all of that is A+. One thing I'd like to be able to do, but don't seem to be able, is to record at sizes larger than my monitor (eg, 1920x1200, to suit the aspect ratio for a particular project). As it is, the recordings always come out at the size of my viewport. I can minimize this effect by going fullscreen (F11) before recording, but I'm still capped at the size of my monitor (1920x1080, too short vertically). If I enable the Device Toolbar in Chrome's DevTools and resize to the dimensions I want, Chrome's DevTools scales the viewport to 65% in order to fit the viewport on screen, and then the recording comes out at that scaled size (eg, 1248x780 -- or 65% of 1920x1200). I understand this may just not be physically possible to work around, and I might have to adjust my project instead, but it's my only thought for potential improvements to this absolutely stellar Chrome extension.
  • (2022-12-04) Jay Kavanagh: The tool is great but is there any way to record at 1920x1080? I have set the browser window to that size and set the extension settings but the video output it always 1920x980? Any ideas?
  • (2022-10-25) Tuna House For Princess VÁY ĐẦM CÔNG CHÚA CHO BÉ: doesn't work on this page
  • (2022-07-16) Liana Young: Hi Patrick, I've installed this chrome extension and it seems to work so far! I'm having trouble using it though because all the icons are Tofus.
  • (2022-05-15) Steve Lewis: Works great! Exactly what I need
  • (2022-04-03) Roland van den Hout: Awesome for Case Studies Well done Patrick. I love how I can create very smooth recordings of a website and use it for case studies. Keep up the good work... where is the DONATE BUTTON to thank you for this awesome plugin?
  • (2022-03-10) Odair Augusto Trujillo Orozco: No funcionó, la instalé y usé clic derecho, clic izquierdo, busqué las opciones y no salió nada.
  • (2022-02-12) Will Qu: Brilliant extension. Clean and intuitive UI. Very surprising that this is free.
  • (2022-02-04) Kilian Sonnentrücker: This is so sick! I was looking for an extension like this for years! As a Designer & Developer i was always struggling creating smooth screen recordings to showcase my projects. Would you be interested in some help or is this even Open Source? I'd have some inputs and ideas that could make this even better.
  • (2022-01-24) Justin Edelson: Simple. Just what I was looking for
  • (2021-12-19) Matthew Reed: Great job Patrick. Powerful yet simple.
  • (2021-10-01) Lucy Bi: It does work, and gives you a lot of control over the scroll speed / ease / mouse movements. Unfortunately the videos only export in WebM format, which wouldn't be so bad, except the quality comes out pretty bad, which makes the videos unusable. I'm holding out hope that this can be improved in the future since (as far as I know) there's no other app that can do this.
  • (2021-08-25) Kade O'Connor: Nothing Happens Installed, pinned to toolbar, but nothing happens when I click the icon :( I'm using Sidekick, built on Chrome – have never had an issue with any other extension ever.
  • (2021-08-17) Chris Buckley: Excellent add-on, and produces super-smooth screen recordings.
  • (2021-07-23) Blaise DeAngelo: Difficult to use and the resulting video is an obscure format with horribly degraded quality which only VLC can play.
  • (2021-06-28) sa sa (래): Not work for me at all
  • (2021-05-31) Frederico Graça: WOW! This is really good.
  • (2021-05-31) Unverified Joe: i wish i could give it 10 stars! You awesome super great!
  • (2021-04-14) Matías Pitters: Hi Patrick, this is a great tool but I can't make any mouse event work on this page https://asanamega.webflow.io/ to show how the mega menu works. Anything I might be doing wrong?
  • (2021-02-25) Mitch Hall: Love the extension, however the pause does not seem to work for me. The video length does not include a pause at the end. I have tried several times. Is this something that anyone else is experiencing?
  • (2021-01-26) Johann Schnettker (CobblePVP): Super easy to make really nice and smooth animations! great extension!
  • (2020-08-18) Matthew Reed: Really great tool to document and capture the essence of your web creations. Well done, much needed!
